We want you to love your Claratas jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility
- All items are eligible for return, including custom, engraved and resized pieces.
- Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition, with all original packaging, certificates and documentation.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Free returns
Returns are free. We provide a prepaid, insured return shipping label for every eligible return, from any country we ship to.
How to start a return
- Email us at contact@claratas.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- We will send you a prepaid return label and packing instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and ship it using the label provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, for the full purchase price. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, metal or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
