Free shipping, duties included. Every Claratas order ships free of charge, fully insured and tracked, with no minimum purchase. We pay all import duties and taxes, so there are no extra charges on delivery.
- Processing time: up to 6 business days. Each piece is handcrafted or finished to order by our master artisans in Bangkok.
- Delivery time: approximately 6 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee with free returns. If you are not completely satisfied, return any item, including custom, engraved and resized pieces, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We provide a prepaid, insured return label.
How to start a return
- Email contact@claratas.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- We will send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, with any certificates or documents that came with it.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
