Orders and shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Every parcel is fully insured and tracked, and we pay all import duties and taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
How long will my order take?
Each piece is handcrafted or finished to order, which takes up to 6 business days. Delivery then takes approximately 6 business days after dispatch. You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

We ship to 50 countries across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. See our shipping policy for the full list.

Yes. Contact us before ordering and our team will advise you on timing.
Returns and resizing
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with free returns. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including custom, engraved and resized pieces. We send a prepaid, insured return label. See Shipping & Returns.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@claratas.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will send a prepaid return label within 2 business days, and refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the item.
What ring sizes are available?
Every ring is made to order in US sizes 2 to 10 and above, including half and quarter sizes. Use our ring size guide to find yours.
Can my ring be resized?
Most rings can be resized by about two sizes up or down.
Diamonds, stones and metals
What is the difference between lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds and moissanite?
Lab-grown and natural diamonds are chemically identical; lab-grown diamonds typically cost 30 to 50% less. Moissanite is a different gemstone with strong sparkle and a lower price. Read our full comparison.
Do your diamonds come with a certificate?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds come with an IGI certificate, natural diamond solitaires with a GIA, IGI or SGL certificate, and moissanite with a GRA certificate. See Certification.
Which gold purities and colours do you offer?
Solid gold in 9K, 12K, 14K, 16K and 18K, in yellow, white or rose gold. Every gold piece is stamped with its purity and comes with a certificate showing gold purity and weight. Compare them in our gold karat guide.
Do you offer coloured diamonds?

Can I design my own ring?

Can I choose a different carat weight?
Yes. Many designs can be made with a larger or smaller centre stone; the available carat weights are listed on each product page.
How do I clean my jewellery?
Soak it in warm water with mild dish soap, brush gently with a soft toothbrush, rinse and dry. See our jewellery care guide.
